Yarn from Keito-Zakka store

Yarn and more delicious yarn! This time from Japan! I ordered via a yarn store, Keito-Zakka store at Rakuten - a Japanese marketplace website. This is a sister company to Gosyo Japan which stocks Pierrot yarns.

I found their yarn on special discount and couldn't wait to order as the prices were so attractive. Each ball of yarn (40g) only costing about 138 yen!! What a steal!! But the delivery charges are costly though - about 1,100 yen.

Their delivery was fast, direct courier from Japan! And best of all, the yarn were of great quality! I ordered the Coquelicot yarn (100% cotton) and the Zakka Lace yarn. Simple irresistible!! See for yourself!

It's been a while since I touch my needles! Got to know a lovely site "Little Cotton Rabbits" and fell in love with their rabbits. Also found a "leaves" pattern (also found in Ravelry) which I am currently very busy with. Check out my completed leaves!!

I am proud to finally show you my completed Shoulder Warmer! There was a long delay last year due to my injured hand but I am glad I finally manage to complete it ... The pattern is actually quite easy and straightforward using Rib stitch, suitable for a beginner like me.

The shoulder warmer was done using Jo Sharp "Rare Comfort Kid Mohair" yarn in Colour 610 Millet (about 3 balls of 25g in total).

Cast off

Making Up
With the right side facing each other, join the ends along the Cast Off and Cast On edges using the edge to edge stitch (invisible seam).
